"I really wanted to like this bag, but..."
I really wanted to like this bag, but the quality just wasn’t there. The stitching was loose in a few spots and the material felt cheap. dealing with that right out of the package felt unnecessary. I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Shipping took way too long"
The bag was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took longer than I expected. Tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was just kind of waiting and wondering... It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but yeah, not great.

"Return process was simple enough"
I’m giving it 4 stars because the refund took a few more days than I expected. i was mainly paying attention to whether the return would be a hassle, and that part was straightforward. Support got back to me fairly quickly too, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience

"Pretty close to the photos"
The bag looked mostly like it did in the pictures , but the color was a little different once I saw it in person . The size and details were fine though , so overall I’m not too disappointed .

"I ordered my bag from Missyusabags and..."
I ordered my bag from Missyusabags and overall it’s cute. It looks nice in person, but the material feels just okay to me — not cheap exactly, just not as high-end as I was hoping. Shipping went smoothly, so no complaints there. I’d probably recommend it if you can grab it on sale, but at full price I expected a little more

"I had a small issue with my order..."
I had a small issue with my order and figured I should contact customer service instead of just waiting around. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without any hassle, so I’m glad I didn’t overthink it. Really appreciated the help.
